Tour Master Caliber Water Proof Pants The Tour Master Caliber pants are designed to protect and provide comfort to riders in various environments. The pants consist of a 600D polyester shell that is abrasion-resistant, with 1000D nylon dobby reinforcement in areas prone to high wear. In addition to their durability, the pants feature an integrated waterproof and breathable liner alongside a mesh comfort liner. Riders can adapt to changing temperatures by utilizing the removable zip-out thermal liner, which includes stretch panels at the knees for greater flexibility. The pants are equipped with SAFE-TECH CE level-2 knee armor, offering substantial protection with adjustable positioning for a tailored fit, while a removable EVA hip pad adds extra safety. For an optimal fit, the design includes an elastic waistband, adjustable waist belts with TPR pulls, and a 4-way stretch fabric gusset in the crotch and back of the knees. Visibility is enhanced by reflective printing, crucial for night-time or low-light conditions. Full-length side-entry two-way zippers let riders put on and remove the pants with ease, including a thermal liner that matches the side zipper. The pants integrate seamlessly with a jacket via an 8” zipper attachment, utilizing reliable YKK zippers to ensure a secure connection.
