Fox Racing V1 Diffuse SE Helmet The V1 Helmet from Fox Racing combines advanced features aimed at enhancing rider safety, fit, and comfort, positioning it as a top choice in the entry-level moto helmet category. It meets the latest international certifications like ECE 22.06 and DOT and incorporates several safety innovations. The Mips safety system is included to reduce rotational forces by absorbing and redirecting energy that would otherwise impact the brain. Vision protection is optimized with side shear-off screws that ensure the visor detaches upon impact. The helmet’s lightweight polycarbonate and ABS plastic shell is engineered to disperse energy during an accident. Comfort is prioritized with an effective venting system to promote airflow and maintain a cool, dry environment. The removable liner and cheek pads are washable, while the mouth vent and chin bar are adequately padded. The V1 Helmet offers nine sizes featuring four shell and six EPS configurations, with the option to adjust the fit using thick or thin cheek pads, allowing for minor size adjustments of 5 mm. Available in various styles and sizes, equipped with contemporary safety features, the V1 Helmet is versatile enough for diverse riding activities, ranging from dirt biking to ATV use. Its cold-weather kit also makes it suited for winter sports like snowmobiling. Features: Lightweight injection molded polycarbonate and ABS shell construction Equipped with Mips safety system Mips adds a low-friction layer between the helmet and the head Dual-density EPS liner is deigned to protect by spreading the forces of an impact across a wider surface area 4 shell and 5 EPS sizes for a precise fit (adult and youth) 7 intake and 4 exhaust vents for optimum airflow Adjustable visor with breakaway side screws Customizable cheek pads Removable and washable comfort liner and cheek pads Removable mouth vent cover and padded EVA chinbar Steel D-ring chin strap closure Materials: EPS, ABS, polyester Meets US DOT and new EU ECE 22.06 certifications
