Fly Racing Dirt Formula CC Vibe Helmet A new approach to safety can be expected from the Fly Racing Formula Helmet. It features a multi-layered and adaptive impact system designed to reduce skull fractures and lower the risk of serious concussions. The Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON, act as the helmet’s primary defense mechanism. By utilizing RHEON’s innovative viscoelastic material, these energy cells improve energy dissipation during an impact, with seven strategically placed cells inside the helmet. For added protection, Fly combines patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in six critical zones, tailored to respond effectively to both low and high-speed impacts. The Conehead EPS design not only allows for a softer and lighter foam but also improves comfort by reducing overall weight while enhancing the helmet’s ability to absorb impact forces in various situations.
