Its integrated Dual Gear System (DGS) features gear profiles in the upper and lower frames, ensuring a smooth and natural movement that mimics the knee’s articulation. The protectors’ frames are ergonomically designed with both rigid and over-injected flexible shells, which adapt and secure comfortably around different leg sizes. The engineered Patella System ensures the knee cup remains fully covered at all levels of extension, while its outer shell is robust enough to prevent injuries from potential handlebar strikes. Crafted from USDA Certified Biobased viscoelastic materials, the SX-1 Plasma Knee Protectors are multidirectionally pliable, conforming closely to the knee and dispersing impact forces to provide steadfast protection. Designed with thoughtfulness for the rider’s comfort, these knee protectors feature a scooped lower extension made from a soft polymeric blend to eliminate the discomfort of pressure points created by the boot pressing against the protectors.
