Alpinestars WR-1 v2 GTX Gloves The Alpinestars WR-1 v2 Gore-Tex Gloves pair top touring features with the unbeatable waterproofing technology from Gore-Tex. This cool-to-cold weather glove uses leather at the palm and impact zones and abrasion resistant textile. Touring features include touch screen-friendly fingertips, an enlarged touring cuff for added weather resistance and reflective piping. Primaloft supplies a combination of Silver and Gold insulations to ensure warmth without excess bulk. Gore Grip Technology also takes an extra step to improve dexterity and bar feel by bonding the waterproof membrane to the glove’s chassis – removing the sensation of multiple layers of separation between you and your grips. A finger bridge between the third and fourth fingers, a viscoelastic palm shock absorber and covered hard knuckle protectors are some additional features borrowed from Alpinestars’ racing history that improve the performance – and style – of the WR-1 v2 GTX Gloves. Note: Customers have found that these gloves run large and recommend sizing down one size. Features: Combined leather and softshell polyurethane construction Gore-Tex waterproof and breathable membrane for effective all-weather performance Gore Grip Technology for enhanced dexterity and bar feel Primaloft Silver 80g insulation on top hand Primaloft Gold Eco 60g insulation on palm with Grip Control Covered hard knuckle for class-leading impact protection Stretch fourchettes for comfort and flexibility Thumb and palm reinforcement for a superior grip Synthetic leather palm overlays with viscoelastic impact absorber Ergonomic wrist closure and enlarged touring cuff Reflective piping on backhand and fingers Touchscreen compatible fingertips Finger bridge on third and fourth finger prevents finger roll and separation in an impact CE Level 1 EN13594:2015, Knuckle Protection safety certification
