Refined Style BThe RF-SR2 takes everything riders loved about the original and sharpens it. Flowing shell lines merge seamlessly into a functional rear spoiler, giving you a compact, lightweight helmet that looks fast even at a standstill. Tested Aerodynamic Using 3D wind-tunnel data at 87 mph (140 km/h), the updated RF-SR2 cuts drag by roughly 1% and lift by 3% compared to the current RF-SR model. These are all reference figures based on Shoei’s own analysis, but your neck will definitely feel the difference on the highway. AIM+ Shell Saftey Built around Shoei’s signature AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus Multi-Fiber), the shell combines layers of ultra strong glass and organic fibers. The result is superior impact protection that doesn’t weigh you down. Upgraded Airflow Building on the RF-SR’s layout, this generation features larger, glove friendly vent controls and massive airflow upgrades. A reshaped upper intake (+21%) and enlarged lower intake (+43% with a new half open setting) draws air in, while a redesigned aerodynamic rear spoiler extracts 82% more hot air.
