Fly Racing Dirt Youth Formula CP Seal Helmet The Fly Racing Dirt Youth Formula CP Seal Helmet offers a new dimension in rider safety, featuring a composite system engineered to go beyond simply preventing skull fractures and instead focusing on lessening the risk of concussions. At the forefront of its defensive capabilities are the Impact Energy Cells, which use RHEON technology to effectively dissipate energy upon collision. These cells are positioned strategically throughout the helmet’s interior, providing a heightened level of impact absorption. Further fortifying its protective features, Fly incorporates its proprietary Conehead EPS technology, paired with increased volume EPS in essential areas. This innovative design operates optimally with varying impact velocities, responding to both low and high-speed impacts suitably. The Conehead EPS construction is also beneficial in reducing the helmet’s weight, leading to a more comfortable fit for the young rider without compromising safety. The Formula Helmet is purposefully crafted to deliver both advanced protection and style, ensuring that young riders not only perform confidently but also with peace of mind. Adaptive Impact System: Polycarbonate Alloy Shell: a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance Impact Energy Cells: Made of RHEON, the Impact Energy Cells maximize absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain Conehead EPS Technology: Provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently. Critical zones have been fine tuned for a progressive response to low speed and high speed impacts Expanded volume EPS: Strategic areas of the helmet have more impact absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground Features: EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) chin bar Clavicle shell relief zone Custom molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard Lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings Anti-microbial, quick-release comfort liner and cheek pads TFV (True Functional Ventilation) intake and exhaust vents with EPS vent channels Meets or exceeds ECE and DOT standards
