It features a multi-layered and adaptive impact system designed to protect against severe head injuries, including concussions. The first line of defense consists of Fly’s Impact Energy Cells, enhanced by RHEON, a groundbreaking viscoelastic material. This technology effectively dissipates impact energy through seven strategically placed cells within the helmet. For the second layer of protection, Fly employs patented Conehead EPS technology combined with expanded volume EPS in six critical zones, designed to respond to both low and high-speed impacts. The Conehead EPS design not only produces a softer and lighter shell but also enhances overall comfort and impact absorption across various scenarios.
