Graves Motorsports Aluminum Exhaust System Honda CRF450L / CRF450RL / CRF450X Graves Exhaust Systems are designed for the rider seeking top of the line performance, fit, finish and value. Developed using the same technology that has powered the Monster Energy Graves teams to consecutive AMA Superbike championships, the Graves Everlast packing produces an exhaust note like no other and holds up longer to the extreme conditions of a high-revving motorcycle. Graves incorporates advanced welding processes to reduce oversized welds that can cause excessive heat buildup. A special pipe bending technique known as mandrel bending is used for all Graves exhausts to prevent wrinkles and ovalization of the exhaust pipes. All of this combined not only streamlines the appearance of the exhaust systems but saves 9 pounds compared to the stock system! Features: Aluminum muffler body with titanium mid-pipe/header, and carbon fiber endcap cover Precision welds for weight saving and heat reduction Billet Hard Anodized 7075T651 Aluminum Flanges Forestry approved spark arrestor / dB reducer Stainless steel spigots Mandrel bent pipes Made in USA Specifications: Weight: OEM: 14.8lbs Graves: 5.8lbs Sound Output: Stock at idle: 78dB Stock at 5000rpm: 90dB Graves w/insert at idle: 90dB Graves w/insert at 5000rpm: 96dB Note: For US models only.
