Fly Racing Dirt Formula CP Charge Helmet A new perspective on safety is embodied in the Fly Racing Formula Helmet. This helmet features a multi-layered adaptive impact system that emphasizes protection against not only skull fractures but also the more subtle threat of concussions. At its core, the Formula Helmet employs Fly’s Impact Energy Cells, which are enhanced with RHEON, a cutting-edge viscoelastic material that improves energy dissipation during impacts. Seven strategically positioned energy cells are integrated into the interior to bolster the first line of defense. Complementing this is Fly’s patented Conehead EPS technology, combined with expanded volume EPS across six critical zones. This design is engineered to effectively manage both low and high-speed impacts. Additionally, the Conehead EPS provides a softer and lighter structure, enhancing comfort by reducing the helmet’s overall weight while effectively absorbing a range of impact forces.
