Fly Racing Dirt Formula CC Glide Helmet Experience a new level of safety with Fly Racing’s Formula Helmet. This advanced helmet is designed with a multi-layered impact system that not only aims to prevent skull fractures but also seeks to reduce the risk of severe concussions. Fly Racing integrates Impact Energy Cells fortified with RHEON to act as the first line of defense. These cells utilize an innovative viscoelastic material to effectively dissipate energy on impact, strategically placed within seven areas inside the helmet. Complementing this technology, Fly Racing has incorporated its exclusive Conehead EPS technology, coupled with expanded volume EPS in six vital zones. Each zone is crafted to respond to different impact velocities, ensuring protection against both low and high-speed collisions. The Conehead EPS structure makes the helmet both lighter and softer, contributing to comfort by trimming down its weight and improving impact absorption, making it an ideal choice for riders looking for top-tier head protection. Adaptive Impact System: Tri-Weave Composite Shell: comprised of carbon fiber, DuPont Kevlar and fiberglass, producing a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance Impact Energy Cells: Made of RHEON, the Impact Energy Cells maximize absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain Conehead EPS Technology: Provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently. Six critical zones have been fine tuned for a progressive response to low speed and high speed impacts Expanded volume EPS: Strategic areas of the helmet have more impact absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground Features: EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) chin bar Clavicle shell relief zone Custom molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard Lightweight custom visor screws and titanium alloy D-rings Anti-microbial, quick-release comfort liner and cheek pads TFV (True Functional Ventilation) intake and exhaust vents with EPS vent channels Meets or exceeds ECE and DOT standards
